First Song
The first single that the band released was called 'Ho hey'. This song was released in 2012 and is their most popular song today. The song also featured on their self titled album, The Lumineers. The track ended up topping the Billboard rock charts for 18 non consecutive weeks. It also reached number 3 in the on the Billboard top 100 chart. The single ended up being their first song to be in the Top 5 and their first single to reach the platinum status in the US.

The first album that The Lumineers released was their self titled album, 'The Lumineers'. This was released in the US on April 3rd 2012. It featured some of the bands biggest tracks like 'Ho Hey', 'Stubborn Love' and 'Dead Sea'. The album peaked at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart.
The Second and most recent album that The Lumineers released is called 'Cleopatra', the name of the tack was inspired by the film. This album was released April 8th 2016, virtually 4 years after their debut album. This album features songs like 'Cleopatra' and 'Ophelia'. This album debut and number 1 in the Billboard 200 chart
Accomplishments
Over the 4 years the trio have spent performing with each, they have achieved many different awards. For example, their first hit song 'Ho Hey' reached the number one spot on the Billboard rock songs and alternative songs chart, remaining there for 18 non consecutive weeks. As well as becoming platinum in the US and Ireland.
The bands debut album 'The Lumineers' was also very successful. This album peaked at number 2 in the Billboard 200 chart, which is very good for a debut album.
The group was also nominated for two Grammy in 2013. This was for being the best new artist and having the best Americana album. The same year the group were also nominated for three Teen Choice awards. These were for the Choice Rock group, Choice rock song and Choice Breakout Group. Unfortunately, they did not win any of the awards they were nominated for.
Headlining Live Events
The Lumineers have currently got some up and coming live events in various destinations in the UK. For example, on the 30th of November the band will be at the O2 Academy in Birmingham. As well as this, they will also be preforming at the Apollo Arena in London the following week. The Lumineers also have an up and coming tour called the 'Cleopatra World Tour'. On this tour they will be going to places the UK, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, the US, Canada, Japan, Australia and South Africa. The tour begins in the UK at the end of October and finishes in South Africa on April 28th. Given the tour a duration of around 7 months.
